The rooms were excellent, very large, and comfortable, but unfortunately had a horrible smell of mildew, possibly due to their proximity to the elevator and ice machine. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff members not being the most friendly but others, like the women I encountered on the evening I arrived, were amazing. The location was fantastic, being very close to Disneyland, shops, and restaurants. The dining was good overall, with clean and comfortable settings, though there could have been a better variety offered. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel has its strengths worth considering.
